Logo and images on mobile

Postby SarahF » Fri Jun 16, 2017 5:34 pm Supported Until: Sat Dec 16 11:14:47 +1100 2017

Hello,

I'm having few issues with the way my logo and images look on mobile. On iPad and iPhone, they look blurry. I have tried to add a higher res logo (300dpi) with @2x in the header settings (Retina logo image) but it doesn't improve it.
In addition, my images look blurry on iPhone. I know this is a common problem but I don't know how to fix it.

Your help would be appreciated

Thanks,
Sarah

Hi,
Please try to rename the retina logo to Sarah-Frederickson-copy@2x.png

Hi,
Please follow the below steps:
1. Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Logo -> Deleting the current Logo
2. Dragging your logo and your retina at the same onto Media Upload area.
I think the reason: Because the website will automatically detect Operator System (OS), so If it's Mac Os, it will replace, for example logo.png, with logo@2x.png but "those two logos MUST BE the same directory". Because WordPress automatically create the file folder by month, it means if you upload your logo on June, it will be insided of June folder, but if your retina logo is upload on July, it will be insided July folder. It leads to the two logos are not the same directory.
Thanks

Hello, yes this works perfectly, thank you :)

Just one more thing, how can I remove the 'S' from 'CLIENTS' in the portfolio section? In the backend it says 'CLIENT' but when I save and view it, it says CLIENTS.

Many thanks

Sorry, Could you please take a screenshot where it's showing "Clients" text?
